Position: Executive Sous Chef

Requirements: Culinary degree or relevant certification with significant experience in restaurant operations; experience in high-volume foodservice, especially in fine dining or cultural institution settings; strong understanding of current food trends, menu development, and cost management; proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and encourage a kitchen team; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and other relevant computer applications; ServSafe certification is highly desirable
