Position: Executive Chef job
About: Immanuel Communities is seeking a Full-time Executive Chef II to work at Deerfield, located at 13731 Hickman Road, Urbandale, IA 50323. Deerfield has 122 independent living apartment homes, 32 independent living patio homes, 20 assisted living, 24 residential care apartment homes, and 30 long-term care/skilled nursing suites. Availability to work anytime during open dining/kitchen hours (including weekends and holidays) is required to be considered for this position. Requirements: Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or trade/vocational school degree in Culinary Arts is required (previous executive chef experience will be considered in lieu of a degree). Three (3) years of experience as a chef is required; One (1) year of executive chef experience required. Management of multiple kitchens preferred.
