About: A reputable dining establishment is seeking a skilled Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food service from conception to execution.
Requirements: Associate degree in culinary arts or equivalent required; five years of hospitality or related experience; ability to inspire, develop and mentor employees for personal and professional growth, demonstrated Time Management excellence, computer skills in MS Office and Scheduling Software, well-versed in Store Operations, Finances, and Ethical Business Practices, flexibility to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
