Position: Executive Chef – Bottleworks Hotel
About: Built for the modern traveler, the 104-key boutique Bottleworks Hotel showcases the best of Indianapolis by weaving historic architectural features with modern hotel amenities. The Executive Chef position is responsible for all culinary activities for the food and beverage department, overseeing all kitchen activities, personnel training, menu planning, product purchasing coordination, and culinary budget management.
Requirements: Three plus years of restaurant Chef and supervisory experience or culinary school required; Culinary education or equivalent work experience; Strong organizational and communication skills; Ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment; Ability to manage a team while delegating tasks and ensuring efficiency; Ability to handle difficult and challenging situations and conversations; ServSafe certification required; Two-year culinary degree preferred; Complete knowledge of all kitchen equipment; U.S. Work Authorization required
