Position: Executive Chef and F&B Operations Director
About: The Heathman Hotel Kirkland is seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef and F&B Operations Director to oversee the culinary execution and food & beverage operations. This dual role at The Heathman Hotel-Kirkland involves actively participating in all food-related functions while maintaining operating budgets and ensuring exceptional guest and team member experiences.
Requirements: A culinary arts degree and/or equivalent training with 4+ years in the industry and 2+ years of experience in Food & Beverage management; excellent business communication skills; ability to manage according to employment and industry-relevant laws; conflict management and negotiation skills; flexibility in handling multiple tasks under stressful situations; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other computer programs; excellent people skills and a professional demeanor; detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, and exceptional organizational skills; necessary State Food Handler’s License(s).
