About: Sodexo’s Campus Segment is looking for an Executive Chef 2 to join the team at Champlain College in Burlington, VT. Champlain College is a private college in Burlington, Vermont. The position involves leading production in a fast-paced environment, managing a resident dining operation and catering production, and being hands-on in menu planning, labor schedules, and more.
Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; Minimum Management Experience: 2 years; Minimum Functional Experience: 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
