Position: Executive Chef 2
About: Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 for Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center, a 365-bed community hospital located in Montclair, NJ. The Executive Chef will oversee a team of approximately 5 cooks serving patient meals and cafeteria retail. In this role, you will be a part of the Sodexo management team, reporting to the Food GM. The schedule for this role is primarily daytime, Monday-Friday, with occasional evening and weekend shifts. Parking and meals are free for employees at this location.
Requirements: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; 2 years of basic management experience; 2 years of basic functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
