Position: East Sous Chef
About: Kalispel Hospitality, a division of the Kalispel Tribe of Indians, is currently hiring for the position of Culinary Supervisor. The Culinary Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing team members and daily culinary operations to ensure high food quality standards and exceptional guest service.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Culinary Arts certificate or degree from a two-year College or technical school preferred; six years related experience and/or training; three years of supervisory experience; computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft programs; diverse cooking skills and high volume experience; ability to work under pressure and resolve problems; excellent organizational, communication, motivation, and leadership skills; background investigation required; Tribal Work Permit; valid health card or Serve Safe equivalent; Hepatitis A vaccination; valid ServSafe Certificate upon hire; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
