Requirements: High school diploma or GED; Culinary Arts certificate or degree from two-year College or technical school preferred; six years related experience and/or training; three years of supervisory experience; computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft programs; diverse cooking skills and high volume experience; strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to maintain effective working relationships; excellent organizational, motivation, and leadership skills; background investigation required; ability to obtain and maintain a Tribal Work Permit; valid health card or ServSafe equivalent; Hepatitis A vaccination; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift objects weighing up to 80+ pounds; vision and physical dexterity requirements may apply
