Position: Deli Service Team Leader
About: City Market Co-Op is seeking an experienced leader in the food service or customer service industry to be our Deli Service Team Leader. This role allows direct impact on the ability to craft popular offerings by directing/training deli staff, tracking inventory, and ensuring proper safety protocols are followed in all food-related spaces. The company is committed to providing a wide variety of local, organic, and conventional products at a fair price to the community, shaping the future of City Market Co-Op and actively participating in the vibrant local food system.
Requirements: Two years of line cook, sous chef or chef experience required; three years of kitchen experience required. High School diploma or GED required; culinary degree preferred. Servesafe certification preferred. Knowledge of natural and conventional foods and the food industry preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
