Position: DC AREA SUPERVISOR
About: The DC Area Supervisor position involves leading an hourly team to ensure the efficient and productive operation of a distribution center. Responsibilities include managing team members, implementing process improvements, coaching associates, driving results, and overseeing business planning. The role also involves direct supervision and occasional overnight travel.
Requirements: Must be eighteen years of age or older; Must be legally permitted to work in the United States; Flexibility to work various shifts; Ability to relocate; Bachelor’s degree preferred; Computer skills in software including Microsoft Office preferred; Experience with Warehouse Management Systems preferred; 3+ years supervisory experience in a related field preferred; High school diploma and/or GED required; 2 years of work experience minimum
