Position: Culinary Manager
About: CULINARY MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: Purchase all food and manage inventory, actively prepare meals, manage the menu, train and schedule staff, ensure highest nutrition and food quality while complying with regulations, perform other assigned duties. CULINARY MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of dietary procedures and Health Department regulations, 1 year dining services management experience, 2 years in a supervisory role, drug-free with background check and drug screening, effective communication skills, flexibility with schedule, basic knowledge of special dietary needs. Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday. Wage range: $32.00 – $36.00 per hour.
Requirements: Must have knowledge of dietary procedures and Health Department regulations; minimum of 1 year dining services management experience, including managing food inventories and budgets; at least 2 years in a supervisory role; drug-free with background check and drug screening; ability to communicate effectively; flexibility with schedule; basic knowledge of special dietary needs.
