About: Red Lobster, a well-known seafood restaurant located at 9311 Calumet Avenue, is currently seeking a dedicated Line Cook / Prep Cook to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and stocking prep and line stations, cleaning and organizing the kitchen area, ensuring ingredient quality and freshness, following recipes and portion control, and maintaining food safety standards during food preparation and service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or kitchen setting; Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; Ability to follow recipes and prepare food accurately and timely; Strong teamwork and communication skills
