Position: COOK I – NOODLE BAR
About: Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join their kitchen team. The incumbent will be responsible for preparing a variety of dishes based on company standards and recipes, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing food presentation. This position requires good knowledge of knife skills, cooking procedures, and kitchen equipment provided by HRCNIN.
Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent; culinary apprenticeship or associate degree from a culinary institution preferred; experience in a similar role is advantageous; must maintain required licenses and certifications as per Federal, State, and Indiana Gaming Commission regulations; successful background check and drug screening; ability to work flexible shifts, holidays, and weekends; knowledge of food preparation, safety practices, and various cooking techniques; effective communication skills with team members and guests; proficiency in using kitchen equipment like choppers, slicers, mixers, and grinders
