Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 2-3 years experience in large quantity food preparation (including meats, entrees, soups, sauces); ServSafe Certification within 6 months of hire; ability to work under pressure and supervise production needs; problem-solving skills; familiarity with kitchen equipment
