Requirements: High School diploma and/or experience in a resort hotel or related field preferred; Culinary certification or degree preferred; Experience as a chocolatier or equivalent; Able to handle tasks in a dynamic environment; Food Safety or Serve Safe certification is a plus; Passion for serving people; Ability to communicate in English, second language a plus; Knowledge of proper chemical handling and cleaning techniques; Flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends; Physically able to move quickly, lift, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
