About: Tyson Corporate Cafeteria in Springdale, AR is seeking a Corporate Cafeteria Chef to lead the food production with a focus on menu development, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements: Education: Culinary degree or relevant experience; Experience: 3+ years with culinary degree, 8+ years without, menu development, and experience in food service segments like restaurants and cafeterias; Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Travel: 3-5 trips per year; Supervisory Responsibilities: Managing both management and hourly staff; Additional Skills: Project and time management, problem-solving, staff training, and effective communication; Special Skills: Membership in at least one professional chef association preferred.
