Position: Chef Manager
About: Valleyfair, located in Shakopee, MN, is seeking a talented and motivated Chef Manager to ensure high-quality food standards at all their food facilities and catering events.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent; 4-6 years of culinary work, including at least 4 years in a commercial environment; extensive experience with food and beverage preparation and presentation, and back-of-house functions; valid driver’s license; ServSafe and ServSafe Alcohol certification
