Position: Chef De Partie

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least five years of experience with a minimum of two years as Demi Chef de Partie in high-volume culinary production in international Hotels/Resorts or Cruise Industry; deep knowledge of international cuisines especially Western/Continental Cuisine and USPH/HACCP requirements; formal qualification in Culinary Arts or equivalent; ability to work and supervise multicultural teammates; proficient in MS Office and job-related computer software; good communication skills in English.
