Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; active Les Clefs d’Or Concierge membership preferred; significant experience in luxury hotel Lobby Concierge role essential; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills required; in-depth local knowledge and a passion for current trends and attractions necessary; flexibility to work varying shifts and days including weekends and holidays expected.
