Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a catering or high-volume environment; Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience; Strong leadership and team management skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; Creative and innovative approach to menu planning and presentation; Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards; Flexibility to work evenings based on catering events (minimal weekends and holidays)
