Position: Bench Executive Chef

They are currently seeking a talented and experienced Chef to oversee all food preparation areas, ensure food safety and sanitation compliance, and manage kitchen staff in delivering high-quality dishes utilizing fresh ingredients and seasonal techniques.
Requirements: Associates of Culinary Arts or Business Administration; experience in managing culinary operations in a hotel or similar establishment; knowledge of health department regulations, HACCP, and food safety SOPs; ability to oversee food preparation operations, create menus, and manage kitchen staff effectively
