Position: Banquet Sous Chef
About: Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a dedicated Banquet Sous Chef to maintain standard procedures for all banquet functions, supervise the banquet kitchen, handle ordering for functions, maintain food cost and inventory, and ensure quality, presentation, and consistency of food. The ideal candidate will uphold a strong positive relationship with the FOH team and demonstrate mastery in cooking techniques.
Requirements: Three years’ experience in a supervisory or management role in Culinary; Culinary degree or relevant experience; ServSafe certification; exceptional communication skills for training, guest interaction, and safety; strong leadership and creative abilities in the kitchen; availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions effectively.
