Position: ASSISTANT OPERATION MANAGER

The Assistant Operation Manager will have oversight of the front office & housekeeping staff. Cash control for front desk agents, staffing needs, and guest services. Opening and assigning tasks to housekeeping staff, as well as assisting with inventory control. Additional responsibilities may include training, staff development, and scheduling. Requirements: A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment; refined verbal and written communication skills; minimum of one year previous front office supervisory experience preferred; ability to work a flexible schedule
