Position: Assistant Manager – Room Operations, Housekeeping
About: The Ritz-Carlton New Orleans is hiring for an entry-level management position focusing on supporting the day-to-day activities of Rooms Operations, including Housekeeping, Recreation, Laundry, Staff, AYS, and Concierge/Guest Services. The role aims to ensure guest and employee satisfaction while achieving the operating budget goals.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field; 1 year experience in related area.
