About: University Housing Dining & Culinary Services at the University of Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Manager Advanced – Sous Chef to oversee the daily culinary operations of Liz’s Market dining operations in Waters Hall, manage and develop staff, and provide exceptional customer service. The position involves leading and monitoring food preparation, presentation, and service in a multi-platform dining operation, ensuring quality and adherence to safety practices.
