Position: Aerie Sous Chef – Hourly
About: Snowbird, a well-known resort nestled in the picturesque Wasatch Mountain Range in Salt Lake City, Utah, is seeking a talented and dedicated Hourly Sous Chef to join their team. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or formal culinary training preferred; minimum 2 years of professional culinary experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role; previous experience in fine dining or high-volume kitchens strongly preferred; strong culinary skills, exceptional organizational abilities, leadership and team management skills, strong communication skills; ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment; ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification is a plus
