Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physically capable of standing for 12 to 14 hours during events
- reliable transportation to event sites
- willingness to work on-site with limited remote opportunities
- ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- strong communication skills both written and verbal
- excellent customer service abilities
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- good organizational and time management skills
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
- passion for creativity and problem solving
- previous event or food service experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- assist with event planning and execution
- attend client meetings to understand event requirements
- manage warehouse prep and reset activities
- coordinate on-site event operations
- provide excellent customer service
- communicate effectively with team members and clients
- adapt to schedule changes and solve problems creatively
