Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • physically capable of standing for 12 to 14 hours during events
  • reliable transportation to event sites
  • willingness to work on-site with limited remote opportunities
  • ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • previous event or food service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • assist with event planning and execution
  • attend client meetings to understand event requirements
  • manage warehouse prep and reset activities
  • coordinate on-site event operations
  • provide excellent customer service
  • communicate effectively with team members and clients
  • adapt to schedule changes and solve problems creatively
