In this exciting role as the Events Administrative Assistant, you will become an integral part of Hyatt’s Area Event Planning Team. This position offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the core of Hyatt’s event planning operations, providing essential administrative support to a collaborative team of Event Sales and Event Planning Managers. The Events Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing multiple tasks efficiently, supporting seamless communication between meeting planners, the events team, and operations staff. This role demands a motivated, proactive individual with a friendly demeanor, the capacity to learn new computer programs quickly, and the ability to multitask and complete projects within deadlines. Moreover, the assistant will serve as a meeting concierge when additional floor coverage is needed, liaising effectively between various stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
The hourly pay for this position ranges from $28.60 to $30.19 per hour, with a set rate for employees with four or more years of service at $30.19 per hour.
