- experience working within budgets

- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- flexibility to travel internationally and domestically up to 25 percent of the time

Job Duties
- lead coordination and execution of program logistics
- manage vendor relationships and work with preferred suppliers
- oversee contract management to protect company and client interests
- identify cost-saving opportunities and review invoices with reconciliation specialists
- handle client payment requirements according to program needs
- manage the online registration process and support event owner communications
- collaborate closely with venue personnel and oversee vendor performance on event days
- conduct post-event debrief sessions and generate briefing reports
- develop service recovery plans when necessary
