As a Front Desk Associate at FS Residential, you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and service providers in the residential community. This is a full-time position offering an hourly wage of $19.00. The role requires working independently with minimal supervision, demanding strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills to effectively meet and greet residents and visitors. You will be responsible for monitoring and operating electronic security control systems, managing access control, and responding promptly to emergencies. Accurate maintenance of daily logs, records, and forms is also essential. Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs
- work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- college level courses in business or hospitality preferred
- two to three years of business experience preferred
- computer literacy with command of information system hardware and software preferred
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- multiple language fluency is desirable
- strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required
