Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- proficiency in basic computer applications
- ability to communicate clearly and politely
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- willingness to work in person
- availability to work during office hours
Job Qualifications
- Strong computer literacy
- experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette best practices
- excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- dental receptionist experience is advantageous but not required
- bilingual abilities are a plus
Job Duties
- Greet patients warmly, determine their needs, and direct them appropriately
- manage multi-line phone system with professionalism and courtesy, handling inquiries and routing calls effectively
- maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and accessible
- schedule appointments, confirm appointments
- perform data entry, filing, billing with accuracy
- provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions promptly and professionally
