The Receptionist position at Acts Retirement-Life Communities is a pivotal role that supports the efficient operation of the community's administrative functions. The receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for answering and transferring phone calls, greeting and directing guests, and managing appointment scheduling.
