Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise relevant departments and staff during event execution
  • Proactively engage with clients to ensure a seamless and memorable experience
  • Plan and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet event objectives
  • Communicate promptly and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders through various channels
  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of event management systems, processes, and services
  • Address conflicts, negotiate solutions, and resolve customer complaints swiftly and professionally
  • Influence both internal and external clients positively through sales techniques
  • Evaluate and analyze issues to implement effective problem-solving strategies
  • Provide high-quality service by understanding guest needs and providing candid feedback and coaching to staff when necessary
  • Participate in site inspections and assist in the sales process as required
