Job Duties
- Lead and supervise relevant departments and staff during event execution
- Proactively engage with clients to ensure a seamless and memorable experience
- Plan and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet event objectives
- Communicate promptly and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders through various channels
- Exhibit a thorough understanding of event management systems, processes, and services
- Address conflicts, negotiate solutions, and resolve customer complaints swiftly and professionally
- Influence both internal and external clients positively through sales techniques
- Evaluate and analyze issues to implement effective problem-solving strategies
- Provide high-quality service by understanding guest needs and providing candid feedback and coaching to staff when necessary
- Participate in site inspections and assist in the sales process as required
- Fulfill additional duties as needed to meet business requirements
- Maintain regular attendance
