Job Description

Hilton is a premier global hospitality company known for delivering exceptional experiences to its guests across the world. With a portfolio of world-class brands, Hilton has welcomed more than 3 billion guests, all while maintaining a founding vision to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality. Recognized repeatedly on the World’s Best Workplaces list by Great Place to Work and Fortune, Hilton has built an award-winning workplace culture centered on teamwork, leadership, integrity, and a passionate commitment to creating memorable experiences. This company is not just about offering a comfortable stay for guests; it is equally dedicated to building a thriving and supportive environment for its team members, who are the core drivers behind the high standards and exceptional service the brand is known for.

Joining Hilton’s Hotels team means becoming an integral part of a dynamic and motivated community that values the contributions of every employee. The company fosters growth and development from the very first day, supporting career journeys with comprehensive resources and a culture that celebrates diversity, innovation, and excellence. Whether you are embarking on your career or seeking new opportunities, Hilton commits to providing an environment where you can flourish professionally while making a meaningful impact.

The role of the Catering & Events Manager at Hilton goes beyond managing events; it is about spreading warmth and hospitality by delivering memorable and high-quality event experiences that resonate with every guest. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring that each phase—from pre-event preparation to the active event and post-event follow-up—is executed with flawless attention to detail. As the primary contact for clients, a Catering & Events Manager ensures smooth transitions, anticipates and resolves any issues proactively, and creates an atmosphere where events are not just tasks, but exceptional experiences.

This position demands creativity, leadership, and exceptional communication skills. You will be responsible for designing creative menus and catered events that not only enhance the guest experience but also maximize revenue opportunities. Business development is another critical aspect, as you will solicit new clients, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and cultivate long-term relationships with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business and continue building Hilton’s reputation in the catering and events market segment.

Moreover, the Catering & Events Manager guides team performance by ensuring that client requirements are clearly communicated, providing feedback, coaching, and direction to deliver consistent, high-level service. Hilton’s core values deeply influence this role: acting with integrity, demonstrating leadership by inspiring others, fostering teamwork, taking ownership, and focusing on the present moment with urgency and discipline to make a lasting impact.

At Hilton, every team member contributes to making every stay memorable and magical. If you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy leading innovative event experiences in a supportive and award-winning environment, this role offers an exciting opportunity to advance your career while helping Hilton continue to set new standards in hospitality and guest satisfaction.
