Job Requirements

  • College education preferred
  • Previous experience in a hotel, catering, conference services, banquets, or related hospitality environment preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport and handle challenging situations professionally
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems and technologies (experience with Golden Sales & Catering is a plus)
  • Persuasive communication and sales support skills, with a proactive mindset and ability to anticipate client and team needs
  • Successful candidate must possess legal United States work authorization

Job Duties

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Catering and Conference Services team, ensuring smooth execution of events and daily functions
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to inquiries, and qualify catering sales opportunities to support business conversion
  • Assist with event detailing, client communication, and coordination with vendors and internal teams, including pre-convention meeting setup
  • Prepare and maintain event documentation, reports, proposals, diagrams, and presentations using systems such as Golden Sales & Catering and Microsoft Office
  • Support system accuracy by updating menus, managing function space, running reports, and maintaining organized filing systems
  • Act as a behind-the-scenes coordinator for site visits, inspections, and sales initiatives while upholding Four Seasons standards and professionalism
