Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision health insurance, a company-matched 401(k) plan, complimentary stays at Four Seasons properties worldwide, and meals provided in the Wellness Cafe. Additional offerings include laundered employee uniforms, an employee assistance program, investments in wellbeing, life insurance, and complimentary on-site parking. Professional development is encouraged through training programs and tuition reimbursement, promoting career growth and continuous learning within a supportive work culture.
