Job Requirements
- College degree preferably specializing in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent experience
- one to two years previous experience as an assistant manager in banquets or food and beverage outlet
- knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting
- ability to operate computer equipment and other food and beverage computer systems
- reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead, coach, and support banquet team members and supervisors to ensure service aligns with the hotel's cultural and service standards
- oversee daily banquet operations, including planning, execution, and ensuring a seamless guest experience
- coordinate event details with catering and conference services teams and ensure all banquet functions are executed accurately and on time
- maintain a strong presence on the floor, engaging with guests, handling requests or concerns, and fostering positive relationships
- manage labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, and inventory oversight, while maintaining facility and equipment standards
