Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Plan, design, and produce events while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify their needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Manage event budget and task list, ensuring events are completed within budget and on time
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to secure necessary resources
  • Organize event logistics including venue selection, transportation, and accommodation
  • Monitor event progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement
