Our mission is to reimagine and redefine game day by creating memory-making experiences that ignite fan passion, drive attendance, and build loyalty for sports and entertainment brands across the globe. We pride ourselves on offering full-service tailgates, premium hospitality events, and exclusive ticket packages that elevate the social experience around game days. Beyond managing fan experiences, we provide comprehensive hospitality solutions such as event staffing, event management, premium hospitality management, and venue installations, ensuring seamless operations alongside our team and event partners.
At REVELXP, we foster a fast-paced and fun environment focused on forging true partnerships with professional sports properties. Our growth trajectory is rapid, fueled by a team of goal-oriented, high-energy, and purpose-driven individuals committed to excellence in hospitality and event execution. Jobs with REVELXP offer the unique opportunity to engage in a variety of roles ranging from hospitality and operations to revenue generation, all designed to amplify the community-building power of sports and entertainment.
The role of Event Manager at REVELXP is pivotal to ensuring flawless game day experiences and event success. Reporting to the Executive General Manager or General Manager of the assigned properties, the Event Manager collaborates closely with various teams and stakeholders to execute home football game days and other specialty events. This role demands exceptional leadership to recruit, train, and supervise seasonal and hourly game day staff including bellhops, tent hosts, and parking attendants. The Event Manager is also responsible for cultivating strong relationships with guests, vendors, and internal office staff.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the entire event execution onsite, ensuring that sold assets are fulfilled with high standards of guest service and operational precision. Post-event cleanup, staff scheduling, budget management, and vendor coordination are critical components that require diligent attention. The Event Manager actively participates in weekly tailgate coordination and event rental meetings to align staffing and operational needs. Sales support plays a role as well, assisting in selling full-service tailgates and event rentals.
This position requires a professional adept in problem-solving and decision-making within a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset are essential for managing customer service inquiries and enhancing the guest and client experience. Additional duties include inventory control, catering order coordination, event layout design, and the development and management of the e-commerce platform for tailgating.
Overall, the Event Manager at REVELXP serves as a central figure in bringing to life the vibrant and unforgettable atmosphere of game day while supporting the company’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and community engagement within the sports hospitality industry.
