We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hotel Manager who will directly report to the General Manager of Osage Casino with technical guidance from the Director of Hospitality. This individual will be responsible for the comprehensive management, control, and operation of the hotel. This includes overseeing the pre-opening phases, managing hotel staff, and ensuring seamless daily hotel operations that maximize profitability and guest satisfaction. The Hotel Manager must be an effective leader adept at supervising various hotel departments including bell services, front desk, housekeeping, and valet teams. Key responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, maintaining the hotel facilities at impeccable standards, managing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring compliance with all gaming laws and company policies. The successful candidate is expected to enhance the hotel's market position by promoting the facilities to both gaming and non-gaming guests, maintaining strong third-party relationships, and consistently executing exceptional service standards.

Further responsibilities include hosting regular staff meetings to foster communication, addressing guest concerns promptly, and implementing robust operational controls aligned with regulatory requirements. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to professional development both personally and for the team. The Hotel Manager will ensure that all aspects of the hotel operation meet operational, financial, and guest service standards. Knowledge of the hospitality industry is essential, including marketing, accounting, and management principles. Proficiency with modern office and hotel management software is also required. Physical demands include the ability to stand for long periods and perform various movements necessary for managing hotel operations.

This full-time position requires a minimum age of 21, a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred), and at least three years of hotel experience with a minimum of two years in management. Experience in gaming and new property development is highly desirable. Employment is contingent upon passing a drug screen and obtaining a gaming license from the Osage Nation. The Hotel Manager must maintain a valid driver’s license and verify eligibility to work in the United States. Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Three years of hotel experience required
  • Two years of management experience required
  • Knowledge of hotel and casino operations
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with budget preparation and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of gaming regulatory requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software
  • Ability to travel as needed

Job Duties

  • Provide direction and leadership for hotel management and operations
  • Recruit, hire, train, schedule, supervise, evaluate, coach, and terminate staff
  • Host regular staff meetings to ensure communication and operational alignment
  • Develop and implement guest service standards and resolve guest complaints
  • Maintain hotel facilities, rooms, and amenities to meet and exceed guest expectations
  • Promote the hotel to maximize occupancy rates and profitability
  • Manage budgets, allocate funds, approve expenses, and analyze financial reports
  • Establish and maintain third-party contracts and relationships
  • Ensure compliance with gaming laws and regulatory standards
  • Facilitate communication between staff and management
  • Monitor and enforce regulatory compliance among staff
