Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 or older to apply
  • Flexible schedule to meet 24/7 store hours requirements
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under high-pressure situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Foodservice management experience preferred
  • Certified in ServeSafe or willing to obtain
  • Ability to handle physical demands including standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Able to work safely with high-temperature equipment with proper PPE

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of foodservice management experience preferred
  • ServeSafe certification or willingness to obtain
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage and develop teams
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead by example by fully performing and overseeing all team member tasks
  • Assist with training, mentoring, and supervising store team members
  • Ensure proper and safe food preparation maintenance of clean self-serving options including food and drink dispensers
  • Collaborate with Store Director to complete facility and equipment inspections and coordinate with third-party inspections
  • Maintain high standards of customer service even under high-pressure situations
  • Monitor store operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Resolve operational issues effectively to maintain store performance
