The Warehouse Manager role at Summit is a full-time, onsite position based in Salt Lake City, Utah, focused on managing the commissary operations within correctional facilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of commissary management programs per contract specifications and the guidance of the District Manager. The Warehouse Manager will actively supervise the sales process, direct inmate labor where applicable, maintain accurate financial reporting, and oversee proper inventory levels. A key component of the position is managing the product mix to reduce costs while sourcing quality products. Success in this role requires cultivating strong relationships with clients, commissary partners, and food service directors to facilitate effective communication and operational efficiency. The Warehouse Manager also plays a critical role in implementing company standards and initiatives, aligning daily operations with Summit’s vision, mission, and goals.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 per year and includes a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.
