This part-time, as-needed position offers a unique opportunity to be involved in the setup and tear-down of themed event décor elements such as centerpieces, linens, drape, and specialized treatments. Employees in this role will work closely with a creative team to implement design plans in real time, ensuring each event is executed to the highest standards. The job demands physical activity, including lifting and moving event equipment, and requires availability for evenings and weekends to meet the dynamic nature of event scheduling.

This position emphasizes flexibility, allowing team members to select shifts via scheduling software based on their availability. Job Duties

  • assist with the setup and strike (tear-down) of large-scale themed décor for corporate and social events
  • install and style décor elements including centerpieces, linens, drape, and soft goods
  • set specialized drape treatments, facades, and other event equipment within scheduled timelines
  • follow design plans while contributing to on-site creative execution
  • maintain an organized, efficient, and visually polished event environment
