Job Description

Core Spaces is a dynamic property management company committed to creating exceptional living experiences for residents within its managed communities. Specializing in residential leasing and property operations, Core Spaces emphasizes community engagement, resident satisfaction, and brand consistency across all its properties. Known for fostering a welcoming and professional environment, the company supports its employees with a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous development. Its portfolio includes a range of residential properties designed to cater to diverse lifestyles, providing residents with quality amenities and responsive service. Core Spaces aims to uphold high standards in every aspect of the leasing office and community operations, establishing itself as a leader in the property management industry.

The Community Concierge plays a critical role on-site within the leasing office, acting as the cornerstone for resident satisfaction and smooth daily operations. This part-time role requires a flexible candidate willing to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week, including full shifts of at least three hours on-site. The Community Concierge is involved in various facets of the leasing and community experience, including conducting prospect tours, following up with potential tenants, and assisting with move-ins and move-outs, sometimes beyond typical part-time hours. This position emphasizes strong internal and outreach marketing responsibilities, such as curating and managing social media content, creating marketing materials with tools like Canva, and planning resident events that enhance community engagement and retention.

Additionally, the Community Concierge supports the community by executing evening or overnight on-call and rounds duties, maintaining brand standards at all times, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves seeking partnership opportunities to increase community visibility and attending local student and sponsored events to promote the property. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess a commitment to excellence in all facets of their work. With responsibilities spanning administrative support, marketing execution, and direct resident interaction, this position offers a diverse and engaging work environment tailored for individuals who thrive in dynamic settings with a focus on resident satisfaction and community relations. The position fosters professional growth within the property management sector, providing an excellent opportunity to build and enhance skills in customer service, marketing, and operational support.
