Job Requirements
- High school diploma or comparable degree
- proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings or groups
- utmost level of integrity and respect towards others and company principles
- ability to write and speak effectively

- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime
- ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, crouch, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive wrist and hand motions
- clear vision with or without correction
- ability to drive to client locations
Job Qualifications

- strong communication and coordination skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- familiarity with social media marketing tools such as Canva
Job Duties
- Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the Community Manager
- commit to working full shifts of at least 3 hours on-site
- be flexible to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime
- assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours
- complete all prospect tours of the community
- follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner
- plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events
- maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
- assist in securing partnership opportunities
- curate content for social media and marketing materials
- post to social media as directed by the Community Manager
- create marketing materials using Canva
- perform evening and/or overnight on-call and rounds duties
- present to student organizations and attend sponsored events
- assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities
- complete special projects assigned by the Community Manager
- ensure compliance with all Core Spaces policies and procedures
- maintain product presentation to meet brand and company standards
