Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in aviation management or similar
- 0-2 years of related experience in airport operations airport planning or airport management
- Familiarity with AutoCAD desired
- Willingness to obtain the AAAE CM certification upon hiring

Job Duties
- Assist in developing and updating Airport Master Plans and Airport Layout Plans
- Collect analyze and interpret aviation data such as passenger activity aircraft operations and facility capacity
- Support the preparation of planning studies related to airside landside and terminal development
- Create maps exhibits and technical graphics using tools such as Canva AutoCAD AviPLAN and other planning software
- Coordinate with internal departments consultants FAA representatives and local agencies as needed for planning projects
- Assist with project documentation including reports presentations and stakeholder briefing materials
- Support community outreach activities and respond to planning related inquiries
