Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in aviation management or similar
  • 0-2 years of related experience in airport operations airport planning or airport management
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD desired
  • Willingness to obtain the AAAE CM certification upon hiring

Job Duties

  • Assist in developing and updating Airport Master Plans and Airport Layout Plans
  • Collect analyze and interpret aviation data such as passenger activity aircraft operations and facility capacity
  • Support the preparation of planning studies related to airside landside and terminal development
  • Create maps exhibits and technical graphics using tools such as Canva AutoCAD AviPLAN and other planning software
  • Coordinate with internal departments consultants FAA representatives and local agencies as needed for planning projects
  • Assist with project documentation including reports presentations and stakeholder briefing materials
  • Support community outreach activities and respond to planning related inquiries
