The Wellness Way is currently seeking a dedicated full-time Event Coordinator to join their team in an in-office capacity. This role is essential to the execution of high-level events that represent the core values of the company. The Event Coordinator will play an integral part in transforming the vision set by leadership into meticulously planned and smoothly executed events. This individual thrives in fast-paced environments and exhibits an exceptional ability to manage numerous logistical elements while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism. The position requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and capable of taking initiative without needing constant oversight. Not only will the Event Coordinator manage and coordinate significant events such as the company’s annual seminar, destination events including golf trips, and leadership meetings, but they will also ensure seamless communication with vendors and stakeholders, problem-solve on the fly, and create memorable experiences for attendees.
This role demands a professional who can handle multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to shifting priorities, and work under pressure effectively. The Event Coordinator will collaborate closely with leadership to uphold the company’s objectives, ensuring that each event aligns with The Wellness Way’s overall goals and mission. Given the national scope of many events, the position includes travel responsibilities, particularly for off-site events, and may require working evenings and weekends as necessary. Salary for this full-time role ranges from $45,000 to $55,000 annually, reflecting the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event coordination or related fields
- Ability to travel and work evenings and weekends
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
