Position: Wholesale Manager
About: NAPA, a leading automotive parts provider, is seeking a Wholesale Manager to coordinate and implement wholesale marketing programs for independent and company-owned NAPA stores. The role focuses on driving sales, improving profitability, and expanding market share within the assigned territory.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of automotive aftermarket sales and management experience; sales acumen; strong communication and customer focus; resilience and adaptability; results orientation and financial acumen; deep product knowledge; technology proficiency; ability to operate a company vehicle safely and effectively; willingness to travel extensively (upwards of 50%); preferred qualifications include a college degree or equivalent sales experience, NAPA store experience, and prior sales program administration experience.
