About: Overseeing the hotel operations of Caesars Palace, the Vice President of Luxury Hotel Operations manages a property with 3,996 guest rooms and suites. This role involves leading various departments including Front Desk, VIP Hotel Operations, Bell and Valet Operations, Citywide Transportation, Housekeeping Operations, and more. The Vice President is a culture carrier who influences positive results in team member and guest experience within the complex operating environment of the hotel.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field; at least 10 years of employment in luxury hotel operations management; at least 5 years of experience leading full-service and/or luxury hotels; experience implementing and achieving Forbes Travel Guide Five Star Service Rating; exceptional aptitude in managing budgets; able to effectively communicate in English
