Position: Vela – Sous Chef
About: Vela is seeking a Sous Chef to oversee back-of-house operations and ensure seamless service of menu items. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising kitchen teams, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food quality and presentation standards are met.
