Position: Trillium AM Line Cook

As an AM Line Cook, you will be instrumental in the kitchen operations, preparing high-quality dishes for breakfast and lunch services in collaboration with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
Requirements: Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment; proficiency in basic cooking techniques and knife skills; ability to work early morning shifts and weekends; strong communication and teamwork skills; attention to detail and commitment to quality; knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations; culinary degree or certification is a plus but not required; ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds; flexibility to work in a variety of stations as needed; passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field
